Healing Services

Individual Therapy:

Individual therapy is a one-on-one space where you can talk with a therapist about what’s on your mind. It’s a judgment-free zone to work through things like stress, anxiety, relationships, or anything you’re dealing with. Whether you just need someone to listen or want help figuring stuff out, therapy is about supporting you.

Couples Therapy:

Couples therapy is a space where partners can talk things out with support from a therapist. It helps you understand each other better, work through conflicts, and build stronger, healthier connections—whether you’re dating, partnered, or somewhere in between.

Family Therapy:

Family therapy brings family members together to talk, listen, and work through challenges as a team. With a therapist’s help, it creates space for everyone to feel heard, understood, and supported—so your family can grow and heal together.

Group Therapy:

Group therapy is a supportive space where people come together to share, listen, and grow with others going through similar things. It’s a chance to connect, feel less alone, and learn new tools—while knowing you’re in it with people who get it.

Sound Healing:

Sound healing uses soothing music, vibrations, or instruments like singing bowls to help calm your mind and body. It’s like giving your nervous system a reset—great for relaxing, recharging, or just feeling more balanced.

Massage:

Massage is a hands-on way to release tension and help your body feel more relaxed and at ease. It can help with stress, sore muscles, or just giving yourself a much-needed break.

Reiki:

Reiki is a gentle, energy-based practice where a practitioner lightly places their hands on or near you to support healing and balance. You don’t have to “do” anything—just relax and let your body and energy settle.

Hypnotherapy:

Hypnotherapy is a calming way to relax your mind and tap into your inner thoughts. With the help of a guide, you can explore what’s going on beneath the surface—like habits, fears, or stress—and start to shift them in a positive way. It’s kind of like hitting pause, checking in with yourself, and finding new ways to feel better and more in control.

Group Yoga:

Group yoga is a fun way to move your body and calm your mind alongside others. It’s great for building community, learning together, and sharing good vibes while you stretch and breathe.

Individual Yoga:

Individual yoga is a personal practice tailored just for you—your pace, your needs. It helps you connect deeply with your body and mind, whether you want to relax, build strength, or find focus.

Conflict Resolution:

Our conflict resolution service helps people work through problems by talking openly and honestly in a safe space. Inspired by restorative justice, it focuses on understanding, healing, and finding solutions that respect everyone involved—so relationships can grow stronger instead of breaking down.
